In August, despite the midsummer heat, BUVA kept moving forward. Liu Jun, co-founder and General Manager of BUVA, led a delegation from the company’s Hubei headquarters to Shanghai and the surrounding Yangtze River Delta region for a focused inspection of the laser industry supply chain. The team visited a number of laser equipment manufacturers and laser application solution providers, gaining first-hand insight into cutting-edge manufacturing processes and high-quality production capacity to support the company’s high-quality development.
During the trip, the delegation went deep into production workshops to examine the assembly processes, production capacity and quality control systems for laser cutting and welding machines. At a laser cutting equipment plant, rows of gantry-type fiber laser cutting machines stood ready for delivery while multiple production lines ran in parallel, with workers assembling and debugging in an orderly and efficient manner. The clean, well-organized workshops — with core auxiliary equipment such as laser chillers in place — demonstrated the scale, standardization and precision of an industry-leading manufacturer. The delegation exchanged in-depth views with factory management on process details, core component supply, delivery guarantees and after-sales service systems.
